   Valley Park Resort is our new name but our park has been in business for over 30 years.  Prior to April 2006 when ownership changed, our park was appropriately named Dogwood RV Park after the beautiful trees that grace our grounds.  For those who enjoy not only the great beauty of our upstate area but the history, we are located on the edge of the “Dark Corner” one of the most wild of American Revolution locations.  We are surrounded by mountainous beauty and historical sites. 

We are located just 6 miles from the Old Poinsett Stone Bridge and near Highway 11 which served as the old Indian Pass.  For those who want to spend some quality time outdoors, our RV Sites and cabins our outlined by our dancing stream and gently shaded by our trees.  We invite you to come stay in your RV or stay in one of our new cabins and relax on your private porch.  

     
While Valley Park and Travelers Rest have much history to offer, we are also a Park that offers modern day amenities.  Our park has both WiFi and Cable, our cabins are ready for you to turn the key and enjoy the tranquil setting outside or cozy up to a relaxing fire inside.  If you feel like enjoying the “city life” we are just 20 minutes from Greenville.
